Terms of trade

Any claims made in respect of the condition or weight of the goods must be notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery or loading. Claims in respect of quality must be made as soon as possibleand in any case not later than 24 hours in respect of fresh or chilled carcase Meat, seven (7) clear days in respect of vacuum packed Meat and fourteen (14) clear days in respect of frozen Meat.

In any dispute regarding condition, quality or weight of the goods delivered the goods in question must be retained for inspection and must be kept pending inspection in the case of frozen meat, at a temperature of not higher than - 18 degrees Centigrade.

Payments terms: within 30 days from loading date by Swift Bank Transference. Remitter to pay Accounts Charges.

These terms and conditions are made subject to the European Union Laws. Any litigation (including, arbitration rules embodied in the conditions of sale of the International Chamber of Commerce incorporated in force at this date which may arise under these terms and conditions shall be governed by and determined in accordance with the European Union Laws and shall be conducted in Barcelona's Courts whatever the domicile residence or place of business of the other part.
